Over the past couple of years we’ve been constantly asked if we have any parts for sale? It’s always been something that we’d like to do, but are customers all seem to really want their parts back.
We’ve attempted to buy pot metal parts and other types of automotive trim for restoration and sale, however, it’s proved to not be a good return on our time investment. Yet that question has continued to arise.

1958 Edsel Hood Ornament
This Edsel hood ornament just showed up at our door one day with a note that said “please repair”. All we knew was the ups store’s shipping address.We figured the owner would be calling at some point?Â
Anyhow, obviously it was a mess. the hoop was completely broken off the base, but we see many times worse broken parts than this so we did what we do and repaired it. Needless to say, it came out lookin’ great!
