1958 Edsel Hood Ornament

This Edsel hood ornament just showed up at our door one day with a note that said “please repair”. All we knew was the ups store’s shipping address.We figured the owner would be calling at some point?
Anyhow, obviously it was a mess. the hoop was completely broken off the base, but we see many times worse broken parts than this so we did what we do and repaired it. Needless to say, it came out lookin’ great!
