1937 Lincoln Zephyr Grille Repair

This 1936 Pot metal Lincoln Zephyr grille that had the common problems; cracked ribs and broken, missing pieces from the bolt mounting eyes.

This poor grille was just about to fall apart. Thankfully the metal still had a lot of life left in it which makes it much easier to weld pot metal when there’s less contamination and or dead, rotten metal.
So we were able to get welded, reshaped and ready for replating!

Thanks Chuck for trusting us with your valuable parts. It’s much appreciated!
