'67 Mustang Pot Metal Headlamp Bucket

Typical for early Mustangs are their headlamp buckets, these Pot Metal parts always need to be replaced. Until now!

Update: 12/30/17@7:54pm.
Just added photos of the completed repair on the mustang headlamp bezel. Turned out very nice, couldn’t be happier with it! Have a look. 😀

Here we have a ’67 Mustang headlamp bezel. Old-school Mustangs, you see this a lot with these cars. Generally, you’ll find the mounting tabs cracked or perhaps broken off usually from abuse. However, Pot Metal isn’t a very tough metal to begin with and over time it succumbs to vibration of daily operation. Until now, the original pot metal parts were simply disgarded for aftermarket parts that rearly fit like the original equipment. Now, this is a thing of the past! With my technique, I have solved this century old problem and can repair your origial manufacture equipment, garranteed! FYI: This isn’t Solder or metal spray. It’s 100% zamac (pot metal) welding!

New “in Process” photos coming soon!
